Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with our product or happy with your purchase, please let us know. Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package with a receipt or proof of purchase.
When you issue a refund for an item that was returned after it was used or damaged by a buyer, we can deduct up to 50% of the refund to recover the decreased value of the item.
If you would like a refund, please contact us for the RMA return number and please contact us for the return address and then ship the item(s) to our warehouses.
Once we receive and inspect your returns, we will send you an email notifying if the return was approved or rejected.
For exchange buyer MUST return the defective item for 1 to 1 exchange or refund, the return cost due to buyer.
If you would like to exchange your item(s), email us at help@a1smartshop with the item number/sku (found at the end of the item title) and the item variation/color of the style that you want.*
