Returns & Exchanges

In order to provide customers with a consistent and simple return/replacement experience, customer must meet the minimum return/replacement policy requirements described below, and the following requirements will automatically apply to the seller's return/replacement.  

If you are not completely satisfied with our product or happy with your purchase, please let us know. Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 90 days upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package with a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS:
Our policy last 90 days after your order has been delivered. If 90 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & In case of defective or damaged goods please provide Photographic evidence.

When we send you an address to return the item, you will have to pay the shipping fees. ( If item is Correctly chosen & NOT Originally Damaged )
All defective products must be returned within 30 days by traceable post from the date you placed your order.
It may take up to  7 business days to process your return after we receive your product. The buyer is responsible for all further shipping fees.
If you would like a refund, please contact us for the RMA return number and please contact us for the return address and then ship the item(s) to our warehouses:
Once we receive and inspect your returns, we will send you an email notifying if the return was approved or rejected.
For exchange buyer MUST return the defective item for 1 to 1 exchange or refund, the return cost due to buyer and the Paypal service fee is not refundable.

 If any drones are fly lost is not under the warranty and not accept the return. The drones must need to return to the manufacturer for warranty, please contact us for return address and then return the item back to manufactures for manufacturers warranty.

Applicable Conditions For Returns and Refunds:

1. Return with quality issues

You have 90 days (from date of purchase) to request a return/refund. You need to request a return in 7 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date OR 90 days from the order date, whichever is later.

Replacement requirements:

If there is a product quality problem within 1 years from the date of purchase, please provide the following information to apply for a new one.

1) Product order number;

2) Purchase link where you bought this item;

3) Videos or pictures that can clearly show the problem of the product.
4) We saved everyone unique serial number of the products in our datatbase for checking the warranty status,  we will not provide any warranty if the item not purchased from us and the unique serial number of the return item cannot find out in our warranty database.
5) all film cameras and films will not provide the warranty aftre opened and used.

Once the replacement application is approved, we will send you a replacement unit for free. However, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 90 days from the purchase date.

2. Return without quality problems

You have at least 7 days from delivery date to request a return and refund if you are not satisfied with the product you bought or if you have some other subjective views. An 70% depreciation charge and shipping fees for both ways will be borne by the buyer if returned without defects within 90 days from the purchase date or 7 days from delivery date, whichever is later.

3. Cancel order

If you purchased an item from our shop and would like to cancel the order after the product has been shipped, you need to reject the package and bear the shipping cost, please be informed. If you refund a payment for goods, there are no fees to issue the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller are not returned to you. The amount of the refunded payment will be deducted from your PayPal account.

4. Replacement Service will not be provided where:

1) Service is required beyond the warranty period.

2) Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

3) Products sent to our return address for replacement are found to be free of defects after all appropriate testing has been performed. Any failure or damage to the product results from unauthorized use or modification of the product.

4) Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

5) Other situations specified in this policy.
5. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable factors include products that have been used for a while and don't like them.Product damage caused by human factors such as intentional scratches or other intentional damage within the warranty period.

The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it and you’re responsible for any costs associated with the return. If you’re shipping internationally, please mark “Returned Cargo” on the outside of the package to avoid tax charges.

IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. Our policy does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.
